About the job German-Speaking Inside Sales Executive
We are hiring on behalf of our client-a global leader in customer engagement and business performance solutions.
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with strong German (C1 and higher) and English (B2) language skills for a hybrid role based in Munich. In this position, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales cycles, craft effective sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM, ensuring all activities and interactions are thoroughly documented.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and advantages of our solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Apply a value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German (C1 and higher) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in tech sales.
- Previous experience in account management (at least 5 years)
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific territories.
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles from inception to closure, consistently achieving target goals.
- Strong phone presence and experience with proactive calling.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- Expertise in applying a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
