We are hiring on behalf of our client-a global leader in customer engagement and business performance solutions.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with strong German (C1 and higher) and English (B2) language skills for a hybrid role based in Munich. In this position, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales cycles, craft effective sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM, ensuring all activities and interactions are thoroughly documented.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and advantages of our solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Apply a value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 and higher) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in tech sales.
  • Previous experience in account management (at least 5 years)
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific territories.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles from inception to closure, consistently achieving target goals.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with proactive calling.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Expertise in applying a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
