We are looking for Italian speakers to join our client's multicultural team as a Customer Support Specialist- a leading company in the BPO, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian speaker.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) at B2 level and higher (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus (but NOT a must as you will receive a comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for the role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
