About the job Team Lead (Hybrid)
We are hiring for a Team Leader role on behalf of our client- a specialist in revenue generation services under the B2B Sales Services business with a global footprint, accelerating B2B digital sales and customer success transformation for the worlds best brands.
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our client's team in Munich. The ideal candidate will lead, develop, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they exceed business goals and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Please note that near immediate availability is necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives towards excellence and overachievement of business goals.
- Regularly coach direct reports on their performance to ensure performance metrics are achieved, conducting reviews at a minimum of once a week.
- Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective actions, up to and including termination of employment if necessary.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
- Efficiently work within multiple systems and tools to monitor daily team activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and industry knowledge to guide your team through challenging customer engagements
- Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and provide an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) to gather, sort, and develop team insights and action plans.
- Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
- Promote company values through behavior and attitude, being an advocate for team members.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, with a professional level of English.
- Strong sales knowledge.
- Experience with cold leads and account management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Ability to present and compose action plans.
- Highly motivated individual with the skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
- Very good understanding of O365.
