About the job English-Speaking Client Service Agent (Home Goods Brand)

Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent (C2 and higher) English speakers to join out multinational client's project in beautiful Athens.


Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)

Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Schedule: Rotational shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide accurate product and order information

  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C2 level) both spoken and written

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit with Full Market Access

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Willingness and availability to work onsite in Athens



Package Details

Compensation & Benefits

  • 14 monthly salaries of EUR 1,200 gross (12 + Easter + Summer + Christmas)
