Customer Support Representative Slovenian & English

Cross Border Talents is looking for Slovenian speakers to work on a project dedicated to a leading tobacco and vaping company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Whether you are already in Sofia, any other different city in Bulgaria (and willing to move to Sofia) or abroad, the opportunity is available for you to apply and the hiring company will provide you with the relocation assistance to assist in your move!

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Start Date: 22 April 2025

Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.), Sunday (10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Slovenian and English.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

- Fluent/native Slovenian (spoken and written)

- English at B2 and higher, both written and spoken

- Availability and willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria

- EU member state or a valid residence card for Bulgaria

- Previous customer experience is a plus, but not a must
