Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via multiple channels.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions.
  • Work with team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Residence permit for Romania or EU member state passport
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
