We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Support Agent for German market to join their team and assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns.
Resolve Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems.
Update Information: Keep customer records and documentation up-to-date.
Ensure Satisfaction: Strive to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Offer Guidance: Assist customers with navigating our services.
Analyze Issues: Identify patterns and suggest improvements.
Assess Reports: Evaluate customer feedback and issues.
Provide Guidance: Support customers in making informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
- Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus
- Experience in a customer experience center is a plus
- Proficient in typing and using computer applications (MS Office)
