Cross Border Talents is recruiting Sales and Marketing Agents with fluent Czech and English B2.
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technology for the world's best brands. Whether you are already in Germany or want to move and work in Berlin, this opportunity might be something for you. Relocation bonus is offered.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as a digital marketing advisor
- Provide expertise in social media marketing and business support
- Analyze social media advertisement metrics
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with advertisers about ads and budget
- Implement customer-focused sales funnel strategies
- Identify trends and develop effective advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Fluent Czech language
- B2 and higher proficiency in English
- Prior experience in sales (1 year and more)
- EU member state citizenship or a valid German residence card
- Residing in Germany, or particularly in Berlin and available on a short notice
Training:
- 2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting (4 weeks total)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Full attendance required
- Paid training
- Shadowing experienced colleagues
- Completion Certification in digital marketing during training
Working hours:
- 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
- 30-minute lunch break, 2x15-minute breaks daily
- Working hours: 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
