Key Responsibilities: 

- Perform sample reviews to maintain compliance with customer standards.

- Monitor team performance through reports and dashboards.

- Audit calls, chats, and emails to ensure consistent quality.

- Support training initiatives and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

- Prior QA experience (junior or senior).

- Excellent communication skills;

- Fluent in German, spoken and written

- B2-level English proficiency .

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

- Possession of a valid residence card for Portugal or EU member state passport
