Responsibilities:
· Assessing online videos/content/complaints/legal notices regarding copyright infringements
· Updating content on a major social media platform
· Conducting content audits and facilitating social media uploads
· Ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs for customer service
· Maintaining thorough familiarity with client offerings
· Adhering strictly to client accuracy guidelines
· Safeguarding customer data and ensuring compliance processes are followed
Requirements:
- German (C1) + English B2 (both spoken and written)
- Proficient computer navigation skills and strong PC knowledge
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dependable with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Team player with the capacity to work independently
- Demonstrated patience in customer interactions, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Associate degree in a related field preferred, with 6 months to one year of relevant experience
- Strong orientation towards customer service
