About the job Czech-Speaking Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Czech-speaking Tech Support Specialist to join our client's multicultural team in Sofia. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues and enhance their overall experience.
After the initial training period of 2 months in the office, your employment will follow a hybrid work model of 70% remote and 30% in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries related to software and hardware products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users to help them understand and use the products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- EU member state passport or Residence Permit for Bulgaria
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with shifts rotating between:
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Package Details
Compensation:
- Salary: 3000 BGN Gross + performance-based bonus.
