We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
There are options of working onsite or working from your home in Braga.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support and assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- An EU ID or Portuguese residence card
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
