We are hiring on behalf of our client running a project related to a leading travel company.  As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be an essential part of their team, assisting travelers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inquiries
  • Resolve Issues
  • Update Information
  • Update documentation
  • Ensure Satisfaction
  • Offer Guidance
  • Analyse issues
  • Assess reports 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch C1 level and English C1 level
  • An EU ID or Bulgarian Residence Card
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
  • Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
