About the job Italian-Speaking Content Moderator

We are seeking Italian speakers to join our client's Content Moderation team in Porto, Portugal. As part of our moderation team, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role requiring a high level of attention to detail and adherence to community standards.

Start date: March 26, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or policy violations.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and productivity while moderating content.
  • Work in shifts as part of a 24/7 rotational schedule.
  • Stay up to date with policy updates and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Must hold one of the following:
    • EU ID
    • Residence card
    • Manifestação de Interesse
    • Job-seeker visa
  • Availability to work in the following rotating shifts, including nights and weekends:
    • 07:00 - 16:00
    • 14:00 - 23:00
    • 22:30 - 07:30

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: EUR 1,000/month (paid over 14 months)
  • Extra payment for working night shifts, public holidays and Sundays
  • Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day (net), paid in a meal card

Relocation Package:

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

  • Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month deducted from payslip, all utilities included).
  • Reimbursement of airfare

For candidates relocating from within Portugal:

  • Relocation assistance will be considered on a case by case basis
  • Reimbursement of travel costs
