We have exciting opportunities for full-time Dutch or Flemish-speaking Customer Support/Content Moderator Agents in sunny Malta!

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent, 70% of your role will involve professionally responding to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls). As a Content Moderator, 30% of your role will be dedicated to reviewing content across various marketplaces/apps to ensure compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws, contributing to a secure online space for users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Understand, follow, and remain knowledgeable of client policies and guidelines.

- Visually navigate and review images, accounts, and text-based content.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using appropriate methods/tools.

- Meet personal/customer support targets.

- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

- Report and provide feedback on trends, common end-user mistakes, and questions to the manager in a timely manner.

- Escalate violations of client policies and instances of fraud using internal tools and processes.

- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and automation and suggest solutions to relevant teams.

- Interface effectively with other internal and client teams.

- Balance priorities of workflow in line with stakeholder expectations.

- Participate in training to conduct correct and accurate moderation policies.

- Support different workflows, clients, and markets as and when required.


Requirements:

- Technical skills: familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.

- Native in Dutch or Flemish and B2 level in English.

- No prior experience is necessary. 

- EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Malta


Working Schedule and Contract:

- Availability to work morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.

- Shift hours: 07:00 AM - 15:30 PM and 15:30 PM - 00:00 AM.

- Working days: 5 days with 2 days off.

Package Details

On Offer:

- Basic Salary: EUR 1800 Gross Per Month (net 1550).

- Quarterly Government support

- KPI (Performance) bonus

Contract Type: Indefinite

- Operating hours: Monday to Sunday from 07:00 - 00:00.
