Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent German speakers for Travel Customer Service Specialist roles in Sofia, Bulgaria! Role: As a Travel Customer Service Specialist, you'll assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.

Full-time onsite position in Sofia.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 20:00 (rotational)
You will be provided with initial 3 months training in the office 9:00 till 18:00

Requirements:

- Fluency in German, both written and spoken (C1 level and higher)

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

- Working level of English (B2 and higher)

- Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage. Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

- EU member state passport OR a valid residence card for Bulgaria (a MUST)
