Travel Customer Service Specialist with Dutch OR German

Role: As a Travel Customer Service Specialist, you'll assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Dutch OR German, both written and spoken (C1 level and higher)

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

- Working level of English (B2 and higher)

- Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage. Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
