About the job French-Speaking Customer Support for an Airline Company
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our client's multicultural team and provide top-notch service to their French-speaking customers. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Offer detailed information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel services.
- Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and other related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and service activities accurately.
- Work closely with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C1 and higher, both written and spoken) and at least B2 in English (spoken and written)
- Valid residence permit for Romania or a EU member state residency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Competent in using computer systems and software applications.
