Client: A Leading Global Brand in the FMCG Industry
Location: On-Site
Start Date: March 24, 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m, rotational shift pattern.
Training: 3 weeks + 1 week nesting phase

About the Role:
Are you a proactive communicator fluent in Azerbaijani and English? Join an international team supporting a globally recognized brand in the FMCG sector. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Offer accurate product and service information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken).
  • EU member state passport OR a valid residence permit for Bulgaria (a MUST!)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
