Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria OR in a hybrid mode in Sofia.
- Start Date: Feb 24, 2025
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts (11:00 AM -8:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's sportswear products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions and escalations.
- Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on company policies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish (B2 and higher, written and spoken) and English (B2+, written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
- Local residency in Bulgaria is mandatory.
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Bulgaria or a refugee certificate
