Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of one of our biggest BPO clients for the role of Advertisers Support Representative (Spanish & English) for one of the world's leading social media network's project!
Start Date: January 2 and January 6, 2025 (onsite in Lisbon)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2 and higher, written and spoken).
- Strong multitasking skills and familiarity with digital advertising.
- In possession of a valid residence card for Portugal or a EU member state passport (a MUST)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone).
- Assist with post-sales support for Facebook and Instagram advertising products.
- Resolve technical issues, guide clients through tools and features, and report platform bugs.
- Offer white-glove service through outbound calls to ensure resolution.
- Identify trends and troubleshoot for multiple SMB clients.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 00:00 (extra pay applicable for shifts on public holidays and Sundays, as well as working hours between 22.00 and 00.00).
- 8-hour workdays with an additional 1-hour lunch break.
Training Details:
- Duration: 15 working days (8 hours daily).
- Includes product, customer management, and on-the-job training.
- Paid training period with proportional compensation upon successful completion.
