About the job Bilingual Ukrainian&English Content Moderator-Relocation to Thessaloniki
Do you speak and write Ukrainian and English (both on at least C1 level)? Have you got previous experience in call centre or BPO environment and would like to continue or start working in content moderation, without the need to receive calls? As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for
reviewing and evaluating various types of content including videos, news
articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
Your primary task will be to assess and categorize content based on
criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content,
and political transparency, ensuring alignment with the clients policies
and guidelines.
To support your work, you will receive comprehensive training on the clients policy enforcement protocols. Your efforts will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and fostering a positive user experience.
Key Requirements:
- Readiness to work onsite in Thessaloniki on a rotational shift
basis ensuring 24/7 coverage for your market (in rotational 8-hour work
shifts). Night shifts represent only around 15% of total working hours,
totalling around 3 night shifts per month.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both Ukrainian and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece or a work permit (a MUST)
