Job Title: Content Moderator - Social media Platform

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in line with guidelines and standards.

- Issue Resolution: Address user-reported content concerns promptly, ensuring a positive user experience.

- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation processes and contribute to ongoing improvements.

- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, conduct regular quality checks, and uphold high standards for user safety.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French, German or Italian (C1) with a strong command of English.
• Authorized to work in Portugal (EU citizen, Residency Card in Portugal, Job Seeker Visa, Manifestation of Interest are accepted).
