We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services, all from the comfort of your home in Braga.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support and assistance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other remote team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in German
  • EU ID or Portuguese Residence card
  • Residing in the North of Portugal
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
