Cross Border Talents is hiring Croatian/Serbian speakers for the role of a Support Representative. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent customer support for a well-known company. In this role, you'll engage with customers, resolve their issues, and help create a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian/Serbian across multiple channels.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian/Serbian (C1/C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
- EU member state passport of a valid Residence Permit for Romania
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts.
