Cross Border Talents is hiring Croatian/Serbian speakers for the role of a Support Representative. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent customer support for a well-known company. In this role, you'll engage with customers, resolve their issues, and help create a positive service experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian/Serbian across multiple channels.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Croatian/Serbian (C1/C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
  • EU member state passport of a valid Residence Permit for Romania
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts.
