As Player Support Specialist for the globally renowned Video Gaming Brand, you will provide professional technical support service to Consoles, Account Management Issues in Italian and English, both oral and written.
The project starts on July 15, 2024. Initial 15-day paid training period will be provided.
Your Responsibilities as Gamer Support Agent:
- Customer advice by telephone, email and chat;
- Help customers with payment issues;
- Support for using company's products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
- Effective assistance and advice when purchasing company gaming products
Contract: temporary 1 year contract, extendable; becomes a permanent contract after 2 years of continuous employment
Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour).
Requirements:
- Native Italian speaker with English (B2). Should be good both in speaking AND in writing.
- Residing or willing to move to Lisbon for this role
- Authorisation to work in Portugal: you have a EU member state citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Permit
- Interest and experience in gaming is a must
