Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.

  • Start Date: Feb 24, 2025
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts (11:00 AM -8:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's sportswear products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions and escalations.
  • Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Polish (B2 and higher, written and spoken) and English (B2+, written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Local residency in Bulgaria is mandatory.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Bulgaria or a refugee certificate
