Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers Across Various Channels: Respond to customer inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics via phone and other communication platforms.
  • Receive Incoming Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Welcome and Advise Customers: Provide a warm welcome to our customers and offer expert advice to address their needs.
  • Offer Personalized Solutions: Tailor solutions to each customers unique situation, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Embrace the Company's Culture: Live and promote the company's values and culture, contributing to a positive work environment and sharing this spirit with your colleagues daily.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm, onsite at client's centrally located office in Porto 


Requirements: 

- No previous experience required

- Proficiency in French (C2 and higher, spoken and written) is essential.

- For non-EU candidates, the possession of a valid residence permit of Expression of Interest is obligatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Package Details

On offer:

- Salary paid 14 times

- Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.
