About the job Customer Support Agent with Italian for an Airline Company

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and other travel-related queries.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other service requests.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least C1 in Italian (both written and spoken) and B2 in English (spoken and written
- Valid residence permit for Romania or a EU member state residency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
