Our client is a rapidly growing tech company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support services. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Support Agent to join their team and assist Dutch-speaking customers with their travel-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Keep customer records and documentation up-to-date.
- Strive to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Assist customers with navigating our services.
- Identify patterns and suggest improvements.
- Evaluate customer feedback and issues.
- Support customers in making informed decisions.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Authorised to legally work in Bulgaria
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
- Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus
- Experience in a customer experience center is a plus
- Proficient in typing and using computer applications (MS Office)
