About the job Content Reviewer with Fluent Greek and English (B2)

As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of online content in line with established policies. Your primary task will involve reviewing URLs via the ticketing system, which may include news articles, forums, videos, blogs, or text-based content. You will label any content that violates our policies, focusing primarily on hate speech, harassment, and COVID-19-related content, though this may change based on client needs. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate social media, web page content, and advertising content in accordance with client policies.

- Review and navigate images, videos, accounts, and text-based content.

- Escalate policy violations using internal tools.

- Maintain a high level of quality in each review.

- Meet weekly productivity targets as part of your daily workflow.

- Balance daily workflow priorities in line with client needs.

- Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and provide ongoing recommendations.


Additional Duties:

- Support various workflows, products, and markets as required.

- Primarily support the designated market and workflow, with additional support for the English market.

- Use the Translation Tool to support other markets and workflows due to business changes or volume fluctuations.

Requirements: 

- Fluent Greek language (spoken and written)

- English B2 and higher (spoken and written)

- Flexibility to support different workflows, products, and markets as needed

- Analytical skills to evaluate content against policy guidelines.

- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon

- Possession of a valid Residence Permit for Portugal, EU member state nationality or a Certificate of Temporary Protection (a must)
