As a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative for the leading brand of handcrafted jewellery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to eCommerce clients. You will handle inquiries and concerns through multiple communication channels, including phone and email.

The start date is October 31

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests related to eCommerce, including order upselling, troubleshooting, and handling fraud orders and returns.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries about orders, returns, refunds, and promotions.
  • Provide information regarding ongoing promotions and new offers.
  • Address common customer questions such as "Where is my order?" and "How can I get a refund?"

Training: 2 weeks (remote, paid by the company)

Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 21:00


Required Skills:

- Previous experience not required

- Language Skills: Polish (C2) and English (C1)

- Technical Level: Very good (general PC-operating skills), but no specialized technical skills are required.

- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece
