Content Reviewer Italian Market (Onsite, Lisbon)

Are you passionate about online content, social media, and maintaining digital safety standards? We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as Content Reviewers for the Italian market. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring an exceptional and secure user experience on online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content, including text, images, and videos, in line with platform policies.
• Identify and escalate content that violates community standards.
• Contribute to improving content guidelines and workflow processes.
• Maintain a high level of quality and productivity in daily tasks.
• Provide feedback and insights during client meetings.
• Support other workflows, products, or markets when required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian (C1 level) and good English communication skills (B2 level), both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
• A valid residence card for Portugal OR EU member state passport
