Job Description:

As a Remote German Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in German market. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, providing support and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and positive manner

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department

- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements:

- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
