We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Experts to join a dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assisting customers with technical issues, billing inquiries, and product-related questions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Next Start Dates: February 3 & March 24, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting, billing issues, and product inquiries.
- Ensure a positive and efficient resolution to customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities to suggest relevant products or services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) with B2 proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Work Conditions
- Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 22:00)
- 40-hour work week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break)
- Portuguese public holidays apply (with compensation if worked)
- Holiday & Christmas bonuses (paid in monthly installments)
