We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Experts to join a dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assisting customers with technical issues, billing inquiries, and product-related questions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Next Start Dates: February 3 & March 24, 2025

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting, billing issues, and product inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient resolution to customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to suggest relevant products or services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) with B2 proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.


Work Conditions

  • Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 22:00)
  • 40-hour work week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour break)
  • Portuguese public holidays apply (with compensation if worked)
  • Holiday & Christmas bonuses (paid in monthly installments)
