Work Schedule: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift schedule (Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM).

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Customer Expert - Sales Representative to join our sales team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and assisting customers in booking accommodations while delivering top-tier customer service. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into reservations, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for travelers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian speaker (C2+) with strong English skills (B2 and higher, written and spoken).
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain efficient, courteous, and personalized communication with customers in Italian and English.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into successful reservations.
  • Provide accurate and tailored assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible lodging solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage reservations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
