About the job Trust & Safety Analyst Russian Market (Content Review)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Trust & Safety team as a Content Reviewer for the Russian market. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safer online environment by reviewing and analyzing sensitive internet content. You'll work in a fast-paced, innovative setting and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of online platforms.
This role is onsite in Lisbon. The project starts on March 17, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review internet content related to current affairs, social media platforms, and news sources.
- Conduct visual reviews to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Investigate and analyze emerging trends, including misinformation and election-related breaches.
- Synthesize and document data and research for various audiences.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize and address strategic risks.
- Identify and report threats to user trust, while staying updated on geopolitical developments and their potential impact.
- Support multiple workflows and markets as needed, ensuring optimal quality and productivity.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above).
- Analytical Skills: Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle sensitive content and work on rotational shifts.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and applications.
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or similar fields is an advantage.
- EU member state passport, a valid residence permit for Portugal or a certificate of temporary protection (a MUST)
Working Conditions:
- Full-time contract: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 7 AM6 PM).
- Location: Modern offices in Lisbon's Oriente district.
- Vacation and public holiday policies aligned with Portuguese labor laws.
