Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Speaker)

Working mode: hybrid

Start Date: April 14, 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday,  08:00-17:00



Key Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions & strategies for high-value customers.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions to improve campaign performance.
• Develop expertise across Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube Ads.
• Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent German (mandatory) with B2 English, written and spoken
• Experience: At least 12 months in ad optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, or other digital marketing platforms).
  Skills:

• Strong Excel knowledge
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of KPIs
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies for digital campaigns
