Cross Border Talents is looking for Czech speakers to work on a project dedicated to a leading tobacco and vaping company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.), Sunday (10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality customer support in Czech and English.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Fluent/native Czech (spoken and written)
- English at B2 and higher, both written and spoken
- Availability and willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria
- EU member state or a valid residence card for Bulgaria
- Previous customer experience is a plus, but not a must

Package Details
- Salary: 3500 BGN gross/month (around EUR 1790)
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net.

- Additional payment for night shifts (if applicable).
️ Relocation Package:
- Reimbursement of travel expenses (up to 490 BGN) after 6 months in the company.
- Advance salary of 1056 BGN net available upon request.
- Initial hotel accommodation booked for the employees arrival.
