Start Date: 26 June 2025
Full-time, 40hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00-22:00 (rotational 8 hour shifts)
Work Type: On-site, at client's offices
Join a fast-growing digital safety initiative for a global social media platform. As a content moderator, you'll play a key role in reviewing and filtering Italian-language content to ensure a safe and respectful online environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review flagged user-generated content (videos, images, text)

Enforce community guidelines and policies

Assess reports and take appropriate moderation actions

Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams

Achieve productivity and accuracy KPIs
Requirements:

Native or C2-level Italian
-
B2 level English
-
Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills

EU citizenship, valid residence card, or Portuguese work visa
Package Details
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary paid 14x per year

Performance Bonus: up to EUR 380/month (paid 12 times)

Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card

Welcome Bonus: EUR 2,000 (valid for candidates joining before 31 July 2025)
