Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent Spanish speakers (C2 and higher) looking for their new opportunity in Lisbon and ready to join an exciting project for Ads support!

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: 17 July 2025
Full-time: 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
Work Schedule: Ensuring 24/7 coverage, scheduled in advance in rotative shifts
Work Type: On-site


Provide excellent support for advertisers using the social media platform in the Spanish-speaking market. Develop skills in digital marketing and customer care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries from advertisers and provide real-time support via phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist with campaign creation, optimization, billing, and ad performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in internal systems.


Requirements:
  • C2+level Spanish

  • B2 English

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid visa (subject to verification)



Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive monthly base salary paid 14 times/year

  • Performance Bonus

  • Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card

  • Health insurance from day 1 (subject to a small monthly contribution; free after 6 months)
️ Relocation Package:

If relocating from outside Portugal:

  • Shared housing for 12 months at EUR 280/month (all utilities included; deducted from salary)

  • Hotel accommodation for up to 28 days (project-dependent)

  • Airfare reimbursement up to EUR 400 (Economy)
