Travel Agent (Danish Speaking) - Work in Malaga!

Are you a native Danish speaker with a passion for helping others? Join a leading global travel platform as a Travel Agent for the Nordic B2C market and work in beautiful Malaga!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Danish-speaking customers with their travel bookings

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

- Offer guidance and advice on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more

- Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions to customer issues

Working Hours (40 hours/week): Monday to Sunday, shifts between 9 am and 7 pm, onsite

What Were Looking For:

- Danish native speaker

- Proficiency in English (B2 and higher, written and spoken)

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

- Travel experience is a plus, but not required

- EU member state passport of residence permit for Spain
