About the job Polish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist
Are you passionate about online advertising and technology? Join our client's dynamic team as a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, where you'll support advertisers using Facebook and Instagram. We offer relocation and housing assistance for candidates moving from over 100km away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone in both Polish and English.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Guide clients on platform tools and features to enhance their experience.
- Identify trends and troubleshoot issues for multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- In possession of EU passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal
- Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern
Working Conditions: this is an onsite full-time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break), on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
