Cross Border Talents is hiring! Join our client's team as a German-Speaking Customer Care Assistant, where you'll primarily handle customer inquiries via email and chat (90-95%), with occasional inbound phone support (5-10%). Your role is to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.

Working Hours: Monday-Sunday, between 10:00 am and 2:00 am.
Employment type: permanent 

Start date: September 2, application deadline: August 26

Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (C1 and higher, written and verbal).
- Good command of English (B1 and higher).
- Strong communication, typing, and computer skills.
- High school education required; customer service experience is a plus.
