On behalf of our Bucharest-located client we are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in the BPO/Call Center industry. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving compliance and risk management initiatives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to meet security requirements and maintain certifications such as ISO 27001.
- Ensure compliance with local Data Protection regulations.
- Perform routine audits to validate contract compliance.
- Manage and deploy various entity certifications, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and close audit gaps.
- Provide training on Data Privacy and Information Security.
- Independently conduct fraud investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Perform annual process risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in driving and implementing Risk and Compliance Policies & Audits.
- Strong background in the BPO/SSC industry is highly advantageous.
- A graduate degree in any specialization.
- Proficiency in conducting internal audits and managing compliance certifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with a quick learning ability.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
