Location: Remote from Greece (Athens-based project)
Languages: German (C1) + English (B2+)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-19:30; occasional weekends


Join our client's dynamic travel support team assisting customers with booking-related inquiries for a well-known global travel platform. This is a remote position, but you must already reside in Greece or relocate before starting.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve booking issues, provide platform support, and offer general travel-related assistance

  • Deliver top-quality service while adhering to KPIs

Requirements:

- C2 and higher level of proficiency in written and spoken German along with B2 in English

- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access

- Must already live in Greece or relocate at least 7 days before the start date

- Internet speed test must meet remote work requirements

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends



Package Details

Offer & Benefits:

  • Salary: EUR 1,380 x 14 months
