About the job Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist for Online Travel Platform

Join their vibrant team as a Customer Representative for Italian market and work in a diverse multilingual BPO center. As a key player in their pursuit of international service excellence, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients.
The project requires your immediate availability and is set to start on June 6, 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone communication.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries from leading airlines, including flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, and claims.
- Engage with customers across multiple channels, utilizing German and English.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.
The role requires onsite work Monday to Friday 10.00 to 19.00
Requirements:
- Excellent Italian communication skills (C1 level) and good English proficiency (B2 level).
- Experience in international airline operations is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is advantageous.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with BPO/contact center experience preferred.
- Open to graduates and undergraduates from any discipline.
- Proven ability to efficiently gather and resolve customer information.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
