Join their vibrant team as a Customer Representative for German market and work in a diverse multilingual BPO center. As a key player in their pursuit of international service excellence, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone communication.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries from leading airlines, including flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, and claims.
  • Engage with customers across multiple channels, utilizing German and English.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.


Requirements: 

  • Excellent German communication skills (C1 level) and good English proficiency (B2 level).
  • Experience in international airline operations is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with BPO/contact center experience preferred.
  • Open to graduates and undergraduates from any discipline.
  • Proven ability to efficiently gather and resolve customer information.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
