Customer Expert English Market

We are seeking English speakers (C1 and higher, written and spoken) to join our client's team as enthusiastic Operations Customer Experts to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in expanding their digital presence on the worlds biggest social media platform. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite role)
Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years

Working shifts: a day shift (06.00 to 22.00, on a rotational 8 hour shift pattern) and a night shift is available (22.00 to 06.00).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist SMB clients in growing their business through digital advertising solutions.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Guide customers in utilizing various advertising tools to optimize their campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) through positive and solution-oriented interactions.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong soft skills for de-escalating situations and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• EU member state passport, a temporary protection certificate for refugees or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST)
• Located in Lisbon (no relocation help is offered for this role)

Training & Onboarding

• Comprehensive 15-day training program covering product knowledge, tools, and customer management.
• Training is conducted in English and fully compensated
