About the Role

We are looking for Customer Support professionals to deliver excellent service to our Spanish-speaking customers. This role focuses on general customer service inquiries in Spanish and English (B2 level).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, efficient support via phone, chat, or email

  • Resolve general inquiries, complaints, and service requests

  • Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company guidelines

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements
  • C2-level Spanish and higher

  • English proficiency B2

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal

  • Availability to work onsite on a rotational shift pattern
