About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support professionals to deliver excellent service to our Spanish-speaking customers. This role focuses on general customer service inquiries in Spanish and English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient support via phone, chat, or email

Resolve general inquiries, complaints, and service requests

Requirements

C2-level Spanish and higher

English proficiency B2

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving capabilities
EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
Availability to work onsite on a rotational shift pattern
