We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join our Lisbon-based client as Customer Support Agents working in an international team supporting a well-known global fashion retail project. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer experience and interested in the fashion industry. Start date is immediate and initial paid training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped for your new role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and products
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
  • Good level of English (B2, written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
  • EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
  • Already based in Lisbon or its vicinity - no relocation is provided

Offer:

  • Start date: June 15
  • Schedule: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM (part-time)
  • Base salary: €475
  • Performance bonus: up to €75
  • Meal allowance: €7 net per working day, net, via meal card (approx. € 154/month)
